Jose and stuff...

Just since I haven't had much to say about Jose lately, I figured I might as well talk a little about him. I mean, he is my husband after all. :)

He loves his job. I don't know what exactly he loves about it... Maybe the money? The people he works with? Traveling? But he really enjoys his job and that makes me as happy as a clam. I know we don't see each other as often as a typical married couple does, but we love each other just the same and when he is happy, it makes me happy.

He's ready to buy a house. We've worked really hard at fixing our super shitty credit up this last year, and he is hoping to have enough cash saved by May/June for a decent down payment. We'll see. I'd really, really like to be a homeowner! :)

He also doesn't think we will make it to Mexico this year, and that kind of sucks. Oh well, though. Maybe next year I can spend all summer down there or something... By then our house in Jalisco will be finished, so I'll have somewhere of my own to stay!

Well...

I'm still hanging in there with the whole weight loss plan. I've worked out every single day since I've started this quest. I feel pretty good, actually! I look forward to going to the gym every day.
